We are only taking a small number of properties starting in 2022 and will treat each like it is our own.

Kayla Way
Kayla started in guest services at The Resort at Paws Up and moved into destination guest management. She has managed a large vacation rental housekeeping company, managed owner accounting for Big Sky Resort, and worked in property management for 10 years.
John Way
John was on the pre-opening, opening, and Executive Management team for the largest guest ranch resort in Montana, The Resort at Paws Up. Following that, he was on the pre-opening team for high-end bird hunting lodges in Montana and South Dakota. Recently, John has owned and managed an award-winning fly shop and outfitting business in Ennis Montana.
